The Parish of Halling is divided into three Ward. Some recent data is shown in the following table.

Nearly all of the work done by Halling Parish Council in providing our services to the villages and local community is achieved through three committees.

Estates Committee is responsible for ensuring the tidyness and general upkeep of the Recreations Grounds in Upper and Lower Halling. Other green areas and amenities throughout the villages are also carefully looked after.

Footpaths Committee is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the local country side footpaths and ensures they are fit for walkers and ramblers to use safely.

Planning & Development Committee is responsible for planning and development issues. It reviews all planning applications within Halling Parish in conjunction with Medway Council.
