Nominations welcome for the 2024 Community Award. the final decision for a Halling Nomination will be down to the Parish Councik in January, but suggesrioin welcome from Halling Residents - email or using the form attached.

The 2023 Community Award was presented to Jo Reid (Jo's Cakes) in a surprise visit to her at her 5 Bells pitch by the Parish Chair (Richard Thorne) and the Parish Clerk (Chris Fribbins) on Saturday Morning 27th May. On a busy trading day for Jo, she was presented with the framed Community Award for Halling, signed by the Medway Mayor and Chair of Kent County Council as part of a Kent wide scheme to recognise outstanding individuals and groups. This followed nominations from local residents and then confirmation by Parish Councillor in January.
