The Parish Council met with representatives of the new care home on the St Andrew's Estate (opposite the new Tesco) and the builders to mark the topping out of the building. The 66 bed care home is planned to open in February/March 2025.

Although much to do inside and outside, we were able to look at where the individual rooms and communal facilities will be provided. It also has extensive views of the lake and countryside.
